Token Congress Memorabilia

In 1990 at the Congress held in Leicester, Ralph Hayes at the end of his talk on "Spinners" presented each delegate with a spinner.  Since then souvenir tokens, in one form or another, have been given to the delegates.  It has occurred intermittently but for those that have attended the relevant Congresses they provide a fond memory of stimulating lectures.
